FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 
 
 
DO YOU CHARGE AN APPLICATION FEE?  Yes.  $30 per person, cash or money order only.  This helps defray the costs of the credit check and the background check.  This is non-refundable.
 
 
CAN I HAVE A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT?  Yes.  Just ask for a copy and you can pick it up at our office during normal business hours. 
 
 
DO YOU TAKE CO-SIGNERS?  No.  But, we can discuss other options with you, if available.
 
 
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?  Yes.  Most properties accept pets with an additional $250 deposit.  However, WE NEVER ALLOW PIT BULLS OR ROTTWEILERS on any of our properties.  If you have a pet, we will take a photo and keep it in your files. 
 
 
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LEASE?  Yes.  most properties have a minimum six (6) month lease requirement.  However, if you have special circumstances, you can discuss it with a property manager.
 
 
CAN I HAVE A ROOMMATE?  Yes. As long as the person is on the lease.  However, we do not split up the security deposit if a roommate moves out.  The security deposit is kept until everyone moves out.  The refund check is  made out to all people on the original lease, unless they have signed a release of interest in the security deposit and have been taken off the lease. 
 
 
DO YOU TAKE CASH?  No.  For your safety and ours, we only accept checks, money orders or cashier's checks for payment. The only exception is the application fees, which can be paid by cash or money order only.
 
 
DO YOU PAY REFERRAL FEES?  Yes.  If you are a tenant, and you find someone to rent one of our properties, we will pay you $100 after they have moved in.  You can choose to take the money or deduct $100 off your rent.  You decide.
